Construction Hurdles

The objective of the website redesign was to elevate the old site, integrate many legacy materials, and plan for future development. Designing a more modern web presence and prioritizing users’ needs required careful negotiation. Using heatmap tools to test multiple versions of the website, it was crucial for us to proceed with designs which showed the most user interaction.
After multiple iterations, and countless hours with the stakeholder and spending countless hours reading customer data, the final version of the website was designed to be integral with the necessary messaging of the website and customer satisfaction.

With that being said, as Booxmart continues to build up their product, we will constantly update the website to ensure the upmost satisfaction.
